The final beginner-friendly installers will replace this review package after release checks are complete.

The V1 review package is available now for testing. Select your preferred platform for a direct, verified download.

Tonight’s review package

This is the same offline-capable Blocksmith build for all three systems. It is a ZIP package, not the final guided installer.

How to open the review build
  1. Download and open the ZIP file.
  2. Choose Extract All or your computer’s equivalent.
  3. Open the extracted Blocksmith-Simplified-V1-Review folder.
  4. Open Blocksmith-Studio, then double-click index.html.
  5. Keep the entire extracted folder together so Blocksmith’s artwork and tools remain available offline.

For an integrity check, the official review ZIP has this SHA-256 fingerprint:

Final Windows, macOS, and Linux installers will keep user projects and calibration data separate so future updates do not overwrite saved work.

Precision in the engine. Simplicity for the user.

Pick your preferred size and shape.

01

Select intended hat size

Choose the finished hat size, crown height, brim dimensions, and the details that matter to your design.

02

Shape

Choose a proven profile and watch the hat illustration respond as the geometry changes.

03

Print

Export the model and create reusable tooling in your own workshop.

Longevity, built in

Updates should improve your workshop—not erase it.

Blocksmith will keep projects, customer measurements, printer calibration, material records, and tool inventories separate from the installed program. Updating the application will never intentionally replace your saved work.

A workshop becomes a community.

Blocksmith is being shaped through real printing, real felt, and real hat-making experience. Community doors will open with the public release so users can share results, report issues, and guide what comes next.

The links will activate only after the groups and source repository are ready for public visitors.
